Sake
Usually known as rice wine is a Japanese alcoholic beverage brewed from rice. usually, it contacins around 15% alcohol by volume and is drunk either hot or cold.

Shochu
A clear spirit similar to vodka most commonly distilled from barley, sweet potatoes, or rice. Typically, it contains 25% alcohol by volume and is often mixed with hot water with umeboshi (sour plums) or mixed with oolong tea and fruit juices such as orange, peach and grapefruit.
